To whom it may concern: I have known DIANA for quite some time and initially met her when I purchased another revenue property in CHINOOK PARK. When I visited her open house, DIANA was very professional and answered all of my questions about the property with confidence and a very sound knowledge of the real estate business. I purchased the property the very next day . When I decided to sell my private residence, in LAKE VIEW, DIANA was one of the 3 Realtors I called. I also called an "area specialist" and a "district specialist". The "area specialist" took 20 minutes to view my 2500 sq. ft. home with 5-car garage!! The "district specialist" took 15 minutes and didn't even look at our double-detached garage and professional landscaped back yard? DIANA's visit was quite pleasant and lasted nearly 1 hour and a half. As she toured our entire home, she took down notes of its' features and room sizes. She then took a full day to do a Market Evaluation. When she advised us of her suggested listing price, she was $40,000 more that the "area specialist" and $50,000 more than the "district specialist". I listed my home with DIANA .
